The Republic of the Equator

I went to visit my dying grandmother in Ecuador. I was fortunate to spend time with her before she passed. May the souls of the faithful departed, rest in peace. Amen. Click on image below to see pics.

New Photo update!

The latest? We're still in Christmastide until Feb. 2 (according to the calendar in the Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite). Therefore we still have our nativity set outside (it also happens to be frozen in place). Justin had his First Holy Communion and Teresa became a child of God through Baptism.

Fall 2008 Update

2008.Fall

Picture update! Much has happened since August. We visited Grandpa at the Cape, Luke turned 2, Justin turned 7, grandmothers on both sides of the family have passed into eternity, and the HOA made us get rid of the chickens (snobs). Teresa Elizabeth is getting bigger, and ready to pop out in the next few weeks. Finally, I'm all caught up with my wedding video edits, and getting out of the business. I have sold much of my equipment and am getting ready to take on video projects that tell other stories. More on that later as it pans out.

Catherine turns 4!

Pictures from her actual Birthday as well as her party. It's more difficult to take pics when hosting a party, but thanks go to David Sullivan for getting some great pics.

Celebrating Life

Because of our trip out to Wisconsin, I didn't get to post these up earlier, and now this blog is out of order. These are pics of Emily's 31st Birthday as well as baby Napoli's new Birth day into the life of Christ. All just a few days before we flew out to Frog Holler (see post below).

Yesterday they feasted on a caterpillar, as well as some corn. Justin and Catherine had to tear the caterpillar in two because both wanted to feed the chickens.

JP played his first soccer game today and it was cold. He even made a couple of goals. Click on the pic below to see more pics.
